Small Group Academic Travel

UBC Continuing Studies Academic Programs

A travel program with UBC Continuing Studies Languages, Cultures & Travel is a unique academic and cultural experience. Some of the advantages of these outstanding excursions are:

• all travel courses offered by UBC Continuing Studies are academic programs that have three to five hours of directed study per day (the tuition portion of these programs may be eligible for a tax deduction)
• each cultural and language immersion group is led by a UBC instructor who acts as a linguistic and cultural guide as well as a content expert for the program
• UBC travel groups may vary from 6 to 13 students
• there is a pre-trip orientation with the group leader before each trip
