Our COVID-19 Response

alumni UBC is a community and our number one priority is to ensure that we are supported and safe.

Out of an abundance of caution, we are cancelling or postponing alumni UBC events around the world through April and are actively looking at further cancellations on an ongoing basis. We have also suspended all travel by alumni UBC staff and volunteers in the interest of the health and safety of all. When conditions improve, we will begin to reschedule events by region. Once a new event date is set, we will share the details with you if it’s applicable for your region, and hope you can join us. In the meantime, we will continue to inform you of other alumni UBC news through our regular email communications.

While in-person events have been impacted, our online programming such as career webinars remain intact. View the Events Calendar for the latest schedule.

As COVID-19 is a rapidly evolving situation, please know that UBC continues to monitor, and has some helpful information at www.ubc.ca. You can learn about how the university is supporting all its campuses and learning sites, and also about the significant research efforts being undertaken to help with the global COVID-19 response.
