The Art of Adaptive Leadership

With Adel Gamar, MPA, MEd, BEd

The Adaptive Leadership framework is a practical toolkit that helps leaders and organizations adapt and thrive in complex, rapidly changing environments. At its core, the framework assists in providing leaders the insights and resilience to become more effective by engaging others in challenging work, particularly when facing complex organizational and/or interpersonal challenges. It builds capacity within organizations by mobilizing people to ask deeper questions and do adaptive work.

Join us to explore the premise that leadership is an activity, not a person, and that leadership can be exercised by anyone, whatever their role inside or outside of an organization.

In this interactive session, Adel Gamar will uncover how adaptive leadership can help individuals and organizations learn anew and thrive in competitive professional environments.

Takeaways for this session include:

  • Learn to define and identify adaptive challenges
  • Think critically and creatively about organizational challenges
  • Discover options for practicing leadership from any position
